COOLING SYSTEM TUNE-UP
In order to maximize the life expectancy as well as keeping your A/C system operating as efficiently as possible it is recommended that you have it serviced once a year as preventative maintenance.
A/C Annual Maintenance consists of the following:
Clean indoor and outdoor coils to prevent restrictions in airflow from debris in the passages.
Clear condensate trap and blow condensate drain to prevent water backing up due to a clogged drain
Check for proper refrigerant levels.
Inspect for any issues that may be arising and test all of the components for proper operation.
HEATING SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
Annual maintenance is recommended in order to keep the system running efficiently and for as long as possible without a major failure.
Annual Maintenance consists of the following:
Descaling or brushing of the internal heat exchanger.
Intake water screen is removed and cleaned.
Fresh air intake screen is cleaned thoroughly so the unit can breathe as easy as possible.
Condensate trap is removed and cleaned in order to prevent clogs or backing up into heat exchanger.
All safety components are tested to ensure proper operation.
A full inspection is done and if any issues are noticed they are noted in Jobber and followed up with an estimate to repair.
